About

I found my way to design research through academia, ten years of psychology research. Leaning on that experience, I see the connective threads between behavioural science and design, which I use to understand and solve complex customer problems.

I have a track record for navigating loosely defined problems, managing stakeholder relationships across disciplines, bringing disciplines together to collaborate on solving problems and formulating actionable insights to drive design decisions.
